Ability to work with individuals is essential. Experience working with persons with disabilities is preferred. Travel required to various schools in Starke county. In this role Direct Support Professionals- Community Based (DSP's) provide services to children and adults with medical and/or physical and developmental disabilities in the community. These clients reside in their own homes. Assistance with activities of daily living is the primary focus and include activities such as shopping, medical appointments, assisting with household chores and errands.
