At Peak Community Services, the case load for a CNA is just 6-8 clients!

As a CNA, you will provide services to individuals with developmental disabilities. We will provide all the
training for you to be successful in your career with Peak Community Services!

We strive every day to help our clients live happy, healthy and fulfilling lives. Depending on the needs of
the client, you will provide assistance with life skill development, health maintenance, medication
administration, personal care and behavioral development in a small residential home that serves 2-8
individuals.

Weekly schedule:
Every weekend
Monday to Friday
Rotating weekends
Weekends as needed

CPR Certification (Preferred)

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and have a High School Diploma or GED. Must
possess a valid Driver's License and pass required background checks.

We are looking for someone who can: 1) lift up to 60 lbs., walk, bend, squat, turn in the knees, back,
wrists and shoulders and grasp with both hands; 2) complete the Peak Community Services training
programs and meet competency requirements; 3) use a computer for basic skills including, but not limited
to, sending and receiving e-mail, accessing web page, entering basic data, use of the Time Keeping
System, and common use applications; 4) pass a background check and drug screen.
