Family Support Services

Peak Community Services provides support and respite services to families who have children or adults with developmental disabilities.

Respite services are provided as temporary relief for the primary caregiver. Other services are available through state and federally-funded programs.

1. In-home - the direct support professional comes to your home
2. In the community - support is provided to participate in community activities like swimming, therapeutic horseback riding, social clubs, sporting events and shopping

Funding for these programs comes from Medicaid Waiver programs or private pay.
