Doing a real job - in a real work environment - provides dignity and self respect. Peak Community Services helps men and women with developmental disabilities determine their interests and skills and provides support and coaching in each job environment.

Work Services Programs are available in both Logansport and Winamac. Light industrial assembly and packaging services are performed (LINK for jobs and services provided).

Jobs are provided to men and women with developmental disabilities while necessary services are provided to local businesses and industry. For the adults working in this program, the following benefits are given:

Peak Community Services works with a large number of businesses in the community to develop and maintain job positions (LINK for businesses).

In partnership with these businesses, Peak Community Services helps men and women with developmental disabilities reach for their dreams. Jobs are developed and a job coach is assigned to teach specific job skills and to support individuals along the way.
