Peak Community Services provides an opportunity for consumers to become more independent at home. While involved in any residential program, men and women with developmental disabilities can:
- Gain skills in independent living
- Increase socialization skills
- Live and work with peers in a homelike environment
A Supervised Group Living Program is available for men and women who meet State Medicaid Level of Care requirements and have program needs that require 24-hour supervision and intense active treatment.
Peak Community Services encourages dreams for more freedom and responsibility. Through a network of group homes we will work with each individual to reach the highest level of independence.
We support men and women as they choose a place to live. We continue to work with individuals as they furnish and learn to maintain their new homes. Staff provides support as individuals learn to do the everyday things that come with owning or renting a home or apartment.
