Peak Community Services provides support and respite services to families who have children or adults with developmental disabilities, and who have an ongoing need for supervision or care.

Respite services are provided as temporary relief for the primary caregiver. Other services are available through state and federally-funded programs.

We provide services:

  • In-home: the family support worker comes to your home to provide the service.
  • Out-of-home: the service is provided in the home of the family support worker.
  • In the community: services can be provided to assist an individual to take part in community activities like swimming, therapeutic horseback riding, clubs, sporting events and shopping.
If someone in your family has a developmental or physical disability and is in need of service, they may be eligible to receive them.

Individuals who qualify for the Medicaid Waiver or CHOICE programs are not charged for services.
