Peak Community Services is the local chapter of The Arc of Indiana for both Cass and Pulaski Counties. Membership dues paid to Peak Community Services are used to assist men and women with developmental disabilities become self-advocates. Dues also enable The Arc of Indiana & The Arc of the United States to:

• Monitor national progress made in the area of inclusion.
• Make the public aware of the needs, rights and abilities of people with developmental disabilities.
• Encourage progressive legislation.
• Develop and promote effective programs and services.
• Promote and apply research to enhance independence.
• Educate the public on precautions that can be taken to prevent mental retardation.
