How To Apply

Several volunteer opportunities exist.

All potential volunteers must go through this process.

Submit a completed application

• Your emailed application can be sent (as an attachment) to the Human Resources Department: hr@peakcommunity.com. (This is not linked. You will need to type or copy/paste the email address.)
• Hard copies can be mailed to 1416 Woodlawn Avenue, Logansport, IN 46947.

Be interviewed and accepted as a volunteer by a Program Manager.

Undergo a screening process (police records check, drug screening).

Attend 8 hours of Orientation (generally held during the day on a Monday).
